During treatment, when we are in a safe space, in which there is cooperation with another person, just like anyone who can create a place in their own home. Spaces from which it will be possible to freely free yourself, in the fullness of yourself.
A house or apartment is not only a place for everyday functioning, but also our oasis - a well-space, in which we regenerate strength, find peace and a place to work, and also enjoy life. Design Consultation
Individual meeting with a designer to learn about the client's needs and expectations, discuss the interior style and first proposals for functional space planning.
Scope of work:
• Analysis of needs and preferences
• Consulting on style, colors and layout
• Initial sketches and arrangement concepts
Developer Changes Project
The developer change project is the development of modifications to the standard layout proposed by the developer. It aims to adapt the interior to the client's individual needs at an early stage of construction or before the apartment is accepted. (this can be a great saving, because there are no expensive alterations)
Scope of work:
• Correction of the layout of partition walls: changes in the division of space, removal or addition of walls.
• Modification of the electrical installation: rearrangement of sockets, lighting points and switches in accordance with the new plan.
• Water and sewage installation design: adjustment of the layout of installations in the kitchen, bathroom and other wet rooms.
• Changes in the location of radiators and other installation elements: adapting the layout to the new design.
• Optimization of storage space: proposals for development and storage locations.
Conceptual Design
Development of a preliminary vision of the interior, which includes styling and general layout of the space. The conceptual design is a creative basis for further work on the detailed design.
Scope of work:
• Moodboard: color and material inspirations
• 2D functional projection: basic layout of rooms and furniture (3 corrections)
• Color and style proposals
• preliminary outline of the visual concept in 3D format
Home Staging
Preparing the property for sale or rent through interior styling, selection of accessories and visual corrections that will increase the attractiveness of the space.
Scope of work:
• Interior styling: selection of decorations and furniture arrangement
• Corrections to the layout and aesthetics of the interior
• Professional photo session
Comprehensive Design
Full interior design from concept to detailed technical drawings and visualizations, which include all aspects of interior arrangement and finishing.
Scope of works:
• Functional layout (2D projection with the possibility of 3 corrections)
• Moodboard: color and material inspirations
• 3D visualizations (2 corrections)
• Technical drawings of installations, walls, ceilings
• Selection of materials and shopping list
• 2 visits to the construction site for consultation and verification of works in accordance with the design
